As the founder of Lion Hearts Breathwork, Krissy is a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, she offers transformative breathwork experiences and sound immersion’s, including ‘Awaken’ Tetra Breathwork and 9D Breathwork journeys. These journeys are normally infused with other medicine and magic to deepen the experience. Her mission is to help others break free from from outdated programs & trauma, liberate old thought patterns and beliefs so to awaken to your truth.

Kristy empowers both women and men to embark on their own healing journeys, cutting the cords of intergenerational trauma which can cause so much human suffering. Releasing what no longer serves to open up to the new, Breathwork can pave the way for a mental health reboot as well as healing of the heart, body and mind.
